Upgrading your Olympus DSS Player and RS28 Foot Pedal to Windows 7

If anyone is having difficulty upgrading their software for Olympus DSS Player then this should help you out.
After purchasing a new Laptop with Windows 7 installed, I couldn't get my DSS Player V6 to work on it. After looking at the Olympus website for update downloads, none were listed for the new Windows 7 operating system. So I rang their helpdesk (they are SO efficient and helpful) and I got forwarded the following update links which I installed in about 1 minute and now both my software and RS28 Foot Pedal are working perfectly.
